Tiles Direct Returns Policy


Stock items may be returned within 30 days of collection or delivery with a valid invoice and only when the same batch number is still available in store. All goods to be refunded must be in re-saleable condition (including packaging), this will be determined by a member of staff at the time. A 20% handling charge will apply to all goods being returned. Perishable goods can be returned up to 14 days of collection/delivery with a valid invoice and in a re-saleable condition. Non-stock items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
